Michael was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, where he spent his youth chasing anything that would eat a fly in the local creeks and rivers. After relocating to Atlanta, his passion for fly fishing deepened as he began exploring the region’s productive tailwaters and mountain streams just north of the city.
Today, he guides clients down the Chattahoochee in his hand-crafted Cajune drift boat-a vintage wooden vessel known for its comfort and classic style. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your technique or simply enjoy a quiet day in pursuit of wild brown trout, Michael brings a calm, seasoned approach and a contagious
