Rafi Khan
After graduating college, Rafi Khan wasn’t quite sure what direction to take-but he knew it had to involve fishing. He spent three years packing flies at a local shop, and during that time, his passion for fly fishing truly took off.
Although Rafi grew up trout fishing with his dad, it wasn’t until he was 17 that he picked up a fly rod-initially targeting bass after competing in bass tournaments for Lambert High School.
His time at the fly shop gave him greater access to flies and gear, opening the door to pursue trout on the fly. From that moment on, he was hooked.
Rafi now guides with River Through Atlanta, where he shares his deep love for fly fishing and the outdoors. Whether helping someone land their first trout or exploring new water, he’s passionate about connecting people to the sport that changed his life.”.
